I find it incredibly important that people adequately prepare themselves for the next steps they take in their careers. With my strong sense of responsibility, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their career paths successfully. So often, as a headhunter, I have sat at the interview table and pondered, “This is a polished story, but who are you really?” It is this realization that led me to expand my expertise into coaching a decade ago.

Through coaching, my aim is to empower individuals by making them aware of their unique qualities and guiding them to carefully consider the environments in which they can truly thrive. I believe that only by embracing one’s unique, authentic, and distinctive story can they effectively persuade others and secure the job that suits them best. By instilling a sense of responsibility in my clients, I strive to equip them with the tools and mindset necessary for their professional growth and success.

By being a part of this community, I continually enhance my skills and stay abreast of the latest industry trends to better serve my clients.


More than 25 years of experience in the job market as a headhunter has granted me a deep understanding of the demands placed on professionals and the diverse cultures within different companies.


In addition to working with individual clients, I also collaborate with companies to provide coaching services to employees who are seeking guidance and support in their professional journeys.
